The Base Berlin One Hotel

Modern, clean hotel in a lovely neighborhood.

I was frustrated with the limited staff hours. Arriving at the hotel outside of their schedule was a nightmare. When I needed assistance before 8 AM or after 8 PM, there was no one to help, leaving my luggage stranded and me feeling abandoned. The hike up the stairs to reception with heavy bags was exhausting, and the location was far from the main attractions, taking forever to get anywhere.

The location was favourable and stunning and a tram station was near the hotel. The property was in a pretty quiet area.

Had comfortable location close to the a metro, near a neighborhood mall. Besides, we were near to greenery, super quiet. Loved our double room with all amenities.

The self check-in, the cleanliness, the aesthetics was really good.

Fairly clean hotel, and the stuff where very friendly, location was excellant close to a park. We spent 3 nights in new-fashioned room with all amenities. Location : the venue was near to the train station, shops, bank, shopping centre & 1 good bakery cafe nearby and lots of restaurants to choose from. Had nice dainties at Franz Kuchen Und Speisen, located near the hotel...

Positive, The staff were cute and always ready to help. The double room was modern, clean, and had a comfy bed. Self check-in was smooth, and there were nice shared areas, like a rooftop terrace and coworking space. The neighborhood felt safe and had a cozy vibe 🌟

The facility's excellent gym and shared kitchen allowed for productive workouts and meal prep. Enjoying dinners at the rooftop terrace was a highlight.

Consider exploring the lovely neighborhood. It offers good local cafés and shops within walking distance.

Friendly atmosphere with clean and bright rooms. The coworking space was a perfect spot for quiet work sessions, and I appreciated the fast internet. The pillows were too soft for my liking, and the proximity to the city center required a lengthy commute. Self-check-in was convenient, but the absence of staff during off-hours was a drawback when seeking assistance.

Loved the spacious rooms, cozy bathrooms, and the awesome terrace! Seemed like a peaceful oasis .

The room was clean and modern, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed the comfortable bed. The self check-in was easy and efficient. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe, which enhanced our comfort. The room provided a lovely city view.

The hotel's distance from the city center posed some challenges for exploring popular attractions.

The location was superb, just a stone's throw from a Kaufland and a good Vietnamese restaurant called Nina. Plus, the gym was like a fitness lover's paradise-impeccably equipped! The shared kitchen was a lifesaver, offering everything from utensils to nice pans for culinary adventures. The staff shined with their friendliness.

No daily room cleaning.

Great Stay With A Few Hiccups

The hotel had a modern feel and was clean. Check-in after hours was a struggle. For future guests, arriving during reception hours is a must for smoother check-ins.

Staying in the double room was great! The bed was super comfy, and I loved how modern and clean everything felt. There was also a nice view from the room. Plus, the shared areas like the rooftop terrace were awesome to hang out in. Just wish the pillows were a bit firmer.

The location of this place is really great, it's close to a metro station.
